Ingrid Bongers, Manager of Training

Ingrid was raised in Bend, has a BS in Microbiology from OSU, a BS in Medical Technology from OHSU and an MBA from PSU. She was Lab manager at BMC for 6 years and served as MSO Director for Mountain View Hospital District in Madras, OR. She has been involved in selecting, implementing, training and supporting multiple information systems and was intimately involved in practice management and billing. She has been an eCW Certified Trainer for several years, and leads the COEMR training and implementation teams.

Richard Drombetta, EHR Trainer

Richard grew up in Colorado, and joined the Army before his high school graduation. After high school, he actually enlisted in the Navy and for 10 years traveled the world on submarines. He has a BA in Organizational Leadership. He has also performed field service and product training all over the world for a company producing hydrogen fuel cells. Rich brings to COEMR a diverse background in training as well as technical writing experience.

Cindy Dulley, Accounting & Finance Manager

Cindy is a native Oregonian, born and raised on the northern Oregon coast. After graduating from OSU with a BA in Business Administration with an Accounting Emphasis, she moved to Central Oregon and worked for bookkeeping/accounting firm for 16 years, gaining experience with multiple types of businesses in all aspects of financial reporting and management.

Toni Goodrich, Marketing

Toni has been involved in high tech throughout her career. Recognizing the value of technology she is passionate about facilitating increased understanding between non-technical and technical people. Initially in the healthcare field as a practice management consultant for over ten years, she worked on computerized dental practice management and clinical system design, evolving into sales to single-, multiple- and clinic office environments. Toni also facilitated partnerships and integration of third-party software such as intra-oral imaging, digital radiography and speech recognition programs. In Silicon Valley, she was marketing manager including media and investor relations for a BIOS company and then U.S. media relations manager for a leading global semiconductor company, where she worked with technically-focused global executive management, U.S.-based business group marketing managers and global media teams. Toni and her husband moved to Eugene in 2003, where she enjoys gardening, tractoring, horseback riding, reading, cooking, and sailing.

Rochelle Martorano, Helpdesk/Support Project Manager

Rochelle spent 10 years as a bookkeeper before moving into banking and becoming a Corporate Trainer, training on computer, technical, sales and customer service skills. She is an eCW Certified Trainer and currently is in charge of the Helpdesk and client support functions.

Layne Milowe, Executive Assistant

Layne has a BS degree in Equestrian Studies with minors in Business and Biology. She built and sold a profitable full-service, off-premise catering business to venture into real estate in Montgomery County, MD. before moving to Oregon. She has worked at local resorts; at call center operations for Regence Blue Cross-Blue Shield health insurance; for a large wireless service and in the foundation office of St. Charles Medical Center ? Bend. She has been in the Administrative field for many years and brings an extensive knowledge of the Central Oregon region to her position.

Aaron Oxenreider, Network Engineer

Prior to joining COEMR, Aaron worked for Symantec as well as a privately-owned company as their IT manager in Eugene, OR. As a member of the COEMR team, Aaron is eager to share his computing knowledge with all of our provider participants to help them build a strong network and computer base for future EMR growth.

Doug Ritchie, President/CEO

Doug is from the Willamette Valley and a graduate of OSU with degrees in physics and mathematics. He holds an MS and Pd.D. degree from the University of California/Davis-Livermore in Applied Science where his graduate work specialized in materials science and solid state physics. He has spent most of his career in high technology, much of which has been in Silicon Valley. Doug drove the implementation for a totally database oriented clinic design for the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic in Bend. He is an IT specialist also and has experience in network engineering, hardware design and development, and software utilization. His big vision is to help to form of a community wide EHR solution integrating with hospitals.

Jeff Tetz, Helpdesk Support

Jeff has been involved with technology since the old Radio Shack TRS-80 computer. More recently he has worked with clinics by implementing and supporting many technology solutions including EMR. Through the years Jeff has been involved in customer service, from small business into larger corporations. After a decade of running a computer and network support business, he completed his B.S. in Information Technology with honors.

Kevin Wilson, Sr. Network Engineer

Kevin graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Prior to moving to Bend, he was a consultant for a network solution provider, doing business with medical offices, county fairgrounds, law offices, accounting firms and an offshore oil platform. He is looking forward to utilizing his previous experience to help build a secure and reliable datacenter for COEMR.
