Peter Boehm MD practices general pediatrics in Bend Oregon. He graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in 1971 and finished post graduate training at UW also. He has lived and worked in Bend since 1978. Besides working at Central Oregon Pediatrics, he has been chief of the St. Charles Hospital Medical Staff, board member of Clear Choice Health Plans, and, for 17 years, the first pediatrician in the Oregon Community Connections Network, an outreach clinic of OHSU. He has been on the COEMR board since 2008.

Paul Morton

Rev. William P. Morton is an ordained Episcopal Priest, with Master Degrees in both Divinity and Media. As a "worker" priest, he has taught Television Theory at Berkeley Center at Yale, and Sacred Heart University. He became active in the cable television business in 1974 and has been a General Manager for large systems in Connecticut, Chicago, and Massachusetts as well as a VP/GM for Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) in Virginia. He retired as President/COO of Bend Broadband in 2003 and is presently an Associate Priest at Trinity Episcopal Church in Bend. Paul has served as an Interim President for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Oregon, and presently sits on the Boards of the United Way, Mt. Bachelor Rotary, Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Oregon and the Central Oregon Electronic Medical Records, as well as being an Honorary Board member of the Family Kitchen.

Cindy Tarrant

Cindy was born in Orange, California and moved to Corvallis, Oregon when she was 13 years old where she graduated from Corvallis High School. She studied at Oregon State University and earned her Associates of Art Degree in Commercial Art from Linn Benton Community College. This led to working in the Portland area in the advertising and marketing fields before moving to Bend in 1976. Since moving to Bend, she has worked in the financial and medical fields. Cindy is currently Office Manager for East Cascade Women's Group, PC and has been with them for 16 years. She has been happily married to Brian for 32 years and they have a son, Travis. They enjoy the outdoor recreation that Bend has to offer and loves to travel.

Nan Robertson, RPh

Nan Robertson, RPh is the principal owner of The Robertson Group LLC, a medical informatics consulting company. She has over twelve years of experience leading one of the country's largest electronic health records installations that supported over 900 practitioners and 450,000 patients for Kaiser Permanente. As a medical informatics consultant, Nan shares the benefit of that experience with clients across the country. A former pharmacy director and National Library of Medicine Informatics Fellow, she combines her clinical experience with her informatics experience to be a catalyst for moving EHR adoption forward in Oregon and nationwide through work with Acumentra Health's (the Oregon CMS Quality Improvement Organization) Doctor Office Quality-IT (DOQ-IT) program, large independent physician associations, and large and small medical practices. A seasoned facilitator, she also adds these important skills to the mix to help leaders of health care organizations and medical offices strategically plan and construct their EHR initiatives in a way that gets them the results they need.
