Central Oregon Electronic Medical Records (COEMR) offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to electronic medical records (EMR) and practice management (PMS) that encompasses the entire practice. The idea is to make the practice of medicine more seamless, less demanding and more rewarding for physicians and staff members.

COEMR Inc. was formed in February 2006 by Central Oregon Independent Practice Association (COIPA) to implement, train, support, and install electronic medical records for COIPA members. The COIPA EHR Selection Committee chose eClinicalWorks, a fully integrated practice management and electronic medical records system. We also represent Allscripts Enterprise and have a number of other reseller partnerships that allow us to offer a host of time and money-saving products to enhance either EHR system.

Our reputation for delivering quality service to our clients has allowed us to expand into markets outside of Central Oregon. We currently have satisfied customers in Central Oregon, Columbia Gorge, Maupin, Eugene, Portland, Corvallis and Alaska. In 2009, COEMR moved to become a regional reseller of eClinicalWorks covering the states of Oregon, Idaho, Washington, and Alaska.

We offer a unique blend of services including:

We have invested a great deal of time in getting our staff certified. Currently we have three eCW certified trainers; our HelpDesk is staffed by eCW certified professionals as well. We also have a certified trainer for Dragon Naturally Speaking. These staff members are re-certified annually, and that ensures that our clinics and clients always receive the most up-to-date information.

EMR is all about streamlining the patient visit and simplifying the documentation process. Unified with its practice management solution, eClinicalWorks EMR allows users to easily access and review complete patient histories, past visits, current medications, allergies, labs and diagnostic tests. Using eClinicalWorks, providers are able to monitor and better manage care for patients, promote patient safety while reducing costs, and improve overall patient health because of better continuity and coordination in patient care.
